THE JUGGLE
We've launched The Juggle - the industry's biggest consultation into work-life balance. Concerns about work-life balance are cited as a key factor in women's continued underrepresentation in particular job roles. But most studies into work-life balance only consider gender divides and lump women together into one homogenous group.
We’ve taken it one step further with The Juggle. It’s the biggest and most in-depth consultation into this issue through an intersectional lens to explore how different groups of women are affected.

EmpowerUS: a pledge for inclusivity & equity
Celebrate the strength, uniqueness, and power of the women in our community. Reflecting on the International Women's Day 2024 theme of inspiring inclusion and, within that, the UN's theme of investing in women, we focus on the importance of equity as the core component of inclusion, and how true equity can only be achieved when an intersectional lens is applied. Through a thought-provoking debate we aim to foster a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment for all.

We even have a podcast! Naked Truths offers a deeper dive into the issues that are important to Bloom’s mission and amplifies the network’s industry-shifting initiatives. The episodes get right to the heart of difficult conversations, striving to inspire real, actionable change in the communications and creative industries. Each episode has three voices from the industry, a host from the Bloom network and two guests, and the schedule follows the themes of our Bloom events and regular 'Booth of Truth' confessions.
THE EXCHANGE
The Bloom UK Exchange Programme is a cross-mentoring programme that encourages refreshingly honest dialogue between genders, to help break down stereotypes to make our industry more equal for all.
Our co-mentoring scheme is open to senior men/non-binary people and our own Bloom UK members who are influential within their company, who are open-minded and motivated to find a way to close the gender divide, one conversation at a time.
